CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

Cardio Kickboxing: Looking to mix up your routine? Cardio kickboxing classes are a great way to add something fun and get a great workout at the same time.
This class is a combination of cardio, boxing and marital arts providing a total body workout which aims to improve strength, aerobic fitness, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance. Come try one of the most popular fitness trends and kick, jab, cross, hook and uppercut your way to a fitter you!

Training For Warriors Total Body: Get stronger, leaner, and healthier. This total body workout will get you back into the weight-room doing things you never thought you could do: from bodyweight exercises to Olympic Lifts and everything in between! Whether you are an Olympian, current athlete, former athlete, “wish you were” athlete, or you are just proud when you walk and chew gum at the same time, this workout is for you! Come on in and break a sweat!

Training For Warriors Metobolic & Energy Circuits: Get stronger, leaner, and healthier. This circuit style class incorporates strength and cardio into one high-impact workout. You will target all muscle groups for a full body training session. Metabolic days incorporates a variety of exercises and equipment to always keep you on your toes and eager to see what is next. Be ready to break a sweat and get ready for the Hurricane!

Kids Class: Ages 5-14 are welcome in this fun workout for kids! Your children are sure to find the enjoyment in working out.
