Health and fitness has always been an important part of Damiyahn Smith life. As Damiyahn learns and grows in knowledge he has become more passionate about helping people improve their lives by showing them how they can take control and be stronger, healthier and happier.
When Damiyahn was 18 he took up martial arts training and realized how important staying physically fit, mentally and emotionally healthy really are. Much of what he learned back then has helped him to develop a positive perspective of what a healthy lifestyle is really all about. As Damiyahn learned more he decided to pursue a certification through World Instructor Training Schools which really allowed him to gain more insight about health and fitness.
Over the years Damiyahn has had experience with helping clients of all walks of life to begin their fitness journey. He have worked with people who have limited physical abilities due to surgeries or injuries as well as professional athletes. His goal with TFW is to offer as much as he can to build meaningful relationships and continue to inspire people to achieve greatness in their own lives.
