
If your like me I consume multiple protein shakes a day to keep with my daily protein intake. My current diet requires me to eat over 200 grams of protein, thats the equivalent of eating over 8 Big Macs from McDonalds a day (don’t ever do that, that’s an ungodly amount of FAT!) After while consuming protein shakes one after another can get pretty stale. Luckily, there are ways to make protein powders taste better and give it some new life. Here are 8 ways how to make protein powder taste better.
Baked Goods
There are tons of recipes you can add protein powder to make some delicious muffins, pancakes, brownies and so much more. I mean, if your going to eat “unhealthy” might as well make it healthier by adding a scoop to or two powder too. Check out these delicious protein pancakes!
Add It As A Topping
Why not replace the maple syrup with some protein syrup over your protein pancakes? Add some water to some protein powder so it has some consistency of syrup and drizzle that bad boy over your breakfast cakes. Gains for days! Or you can add some powder over your boring bowl of oats!
Make It As A Spread
Get a bowl of protein powder and slowly add a little bit of water. Add just enough water so the mixture becomes a nice thick texture. Whip out some bread and make yourself a peanut butter and jelly sandwich WITH a spread of the protein mix. Now you have yourself a super protein PB&J!
Overnight Oats
The last thing I want to do in the morning is waking up and making myself a meal. Instead of making food in the morning why not make it at night before you hit the sack? Overnight oats, so easily to make and taste delicious!

Add Some Texture To The Shakes
Like I said, consume protein shakes one after another can get boring really fast. How about adding some granola or chia seeds, chia seeds are the endurance seed.
