This class is a combination of cardio, boxing and marital arts providing a total body workout which aims to improve strength, aerobic fitness, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance. Training For Warriors Total Body: Get stronger, leaner, and healthier. This total body workout will get you back into the weight-room doing things you never thought you could do: from bodyweight exercises to Olympic Lifts and everything in between! Training For Warriors Metobolic & Energy Circuits: Get stronger, leaner, and healthier. This circuit style class incorporates strength and cardio into one high-impact workout. You will target all muscle groups for a full body training session. Metabolic days incorporates a variety of exercises and equipment to always keep you on your toes and eager to see what is next. Be ready to break a sweat and get ready for the Hurricane!
Kids Class: Ages 5-14 are welcome in this fun workout for kids! Your children are sure to find the enjoyment in working out.
